Welcome to PONOS. By using our site, you agree to the following terms.

1. Store Use:
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)to place an order.

2. Product Information:
We aim for absolute accuracy, but  formulas, pricing and availability may change without notice. Photographs are for illustration; actual packaging may vary slightly. 

3. Orders & Payment:
Orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments or other PCI-compliant gateways at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery:
Current coverage: Canada only.

• Planned expansion: United Kingdom & European Union (target 2026); United States (target 2026). Sign up for updates.

• Rates and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout via Shopify preferred  carriers.

5. Refunds & Returns

6. Limitation of Liability:
PONOS is not liable for allergic reactions, misuse, or failure to follow usage instructions. Always review the ingredient list before purchase.

7. Intellectual Property:
All content, trademarks, and designs on ponos.co are the property of PONOS and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Marketing Communications:
By opting into our newsletter or SMS updates, you consent to receive marketing messages. Unsubscribe links are provided in every email or text.

9. Governing Law:
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Dispute Resolution:
Disputes not resolved informally will be submitted to binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario. You waive the right to participate in class actions.

11. Change to Terms:
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
