All orders are dispatched from Toronto.

Canada: Free tracked shipping on orders of CAD $90 or more (before tax). Flat rate of CAD $10 on orders under CAD $90.00. Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days. Allow additional time for remote addresses or major holidays.

United States: Free tracked shipping on orders of USD $90 or more (before tax). Flat rate of USD $5 on all orders. All applicable duties and import taxes are included in your order total — no surprise charges at delivery.

You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your label is generated. For lost or damaged parcels, contact hello@ponos.co within 7 days of the last carrier scan, and we'll open a carrier investigation, then resend or refund if confirmed.
