60-Day Results Guarantee We stand behind PONOS. If you don't see a difference, email hello@ponos.co within 60 days of delivery to request a refund — no lengthy explanations needed.
Eligibility Products must be returned in original packaging. First-order returns ship free (we provide a prepaid label). For subsequent orders, return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged in transit.

- Receive your prepaid (or self-paid) label and instructions
- Ship within 7 days of RMA approval
- We inspect within 48 hours of arrival and email you the outcome.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges For damaged or defective items, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement at no cost.
Subscriptions Our satisfaction guarantee applies to your first subscription order. To avoid being charged for a future shipment, cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next scheduled charge date. We're unable to refund subscription orders that have already shipped due to a missed cancellation window.
Non-Returnable Items Gift cards, sale, clearance, and promotional samples are final sale.
We reserve the right to limit or refuse refunds for accounts showing repeated return activity or where we believe the policy is being misused.
